Dear FWAFA and TESA families,
 
We will have our first Gala 2010 meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, September 21st at TESA (located at the Beth El Congregation, 4900 Briarhaven Rd.). Gala is TESA’s and FWAFA’s largest fundraiser of the year. We hope you will consider joining us as we begin planning for this exciting event. It takes many parent volunteers to make this event a success. Unlike in previous years, this year’s Gala will be run completely by parent volunteers and without staff assistance. At this meeting you will get more information about the event as well as descriptions of the various sub-committees. There are numerous ways to help out. Some are short term commitments while others will be longer.
 We are also excited to announce that Sara Hartsfield, a TESA parent, will also be co-chairing the Gala. Sara was very involved at last year’s gala, and we are thrilled to have her co-chairing with us. We look forward to having parents of both schools equally involved in making Gala 2010 a huge success for our children!
